Important Update: On-Campus Activities Suspended Due to Water Main Break

Due to a water main break, all on-campus activities are suspended until further notice.--We’re grateful to our friends at CalU (PennWest) for generously providing field space for our middle school and high school teams to continue their practices.--Coaches and Trojan Athletics staff will be sharing updated practice times directly with their teams.--Additionally, tonight's home Girls Varsity Soccer game against Bentworth has been postponed. Cross County Runners Earn Medals at Marty Uher Invitational

Three Trojan Cross Country runners earned medals at the Marty Uher Invitational on Saturday.Carter Kent finished 8th overall in the Class A-AA Boys race and Niamh McClaflin placed 19th.Lucy Meiss finished 9th overall in the Class A-AA girl's race.

Softball Spring Training 2025

ATTENTION ALL VARSITY SOFTBALL ATHLETES AND PARENTS!! —The California Trojans Softball team will be holding a meeting on JULY 23, 2024 in the HS Library regarding details on their Florida Spring Training trip in 2025.—This meeting will be a zoom meeting with the KSA Company. During this meeting KSA will lay out the plan for the trip. In addition, they will hold a Q&A for parents to ask any questions regarding the trip. This will also serve as a registration for the trip so the boosters have an idea how many will be attending. Ella Neil Medals At Track and Field State Championships

California Area Junior, Ella Neil, finished off a stellar season by placing fifth in the Class AA Girls High Jump with a mark of 5'02".--This marks Ella's first medal won at the PIAA Championships.

Carter Kent smashes School Record in the 800 at the WPIAL Championships

Carter Kent broke the school record for the third time this season in the 800-meter run at the rain-suspended continuation of the WPIAL Individual Track and Field Championships.  His time of 2:00.45 beat his previous record by almost 3 seconds. Carter finished 11th out of 15 runners in Class AA. He was seeded 14th going into the race.

Ella Neil Advances to State Championship Meet

Ella Neil jumped the state qualifying standard of 5'2" (a new personal record) and finished in 7th place in the Girls Class AA High Jump at the WPIAL Individual Track & Field Championships.Ella advances to the PIAA Individual Track & Field State Championships next weekend (May 24) at Shippensburg University. She will jump on Friday morning.

Lee Qualk Wins WPIAL Boys AA Long Jump Gold

Lee Qualk won the Gold in the Boys AA Long Jump at the WPIAL Individual Track & Field Championships at Slippery Rock University with a school record-breaking jump of 22'2.5".  Lee also finished 7th and qualified for states in the 100-meter dash by running a state qualifying standard of 11.24. Lee will compete in the PIAA Individual Track & Field State Championships next Friday, May 24 at Shippensburg University.https://x.com/wpial7/status/1790884790691913968

Boys Varsity Football vs. Serra Catholic High School

Lee Qualk ran for 365 yards on 37 carries.  He scored on runs of 2,55,7,40,4 and 58 yards.  Qualk also added 2 extra point runs.  Malachi Peake, Landon Abercrombie and Logan Hartley also scored touchdowns for the Trojans.  Quadir Stribling passed for 226 yards and three touchdowns for Serra.  De’rean Washington caught touchdown passes of 30 and 70 yards and also ran a kickoff back for Serra.
