To Access The Appropriate Sign-Up Sheet:

Visit The Homepage Of The Athletics Website (californiatrojans.com)
Click On Forms (On Top Bar -OR- On Side Menu Bar)
Find Your Sport, Click And You'll Be Taken Directly To The Form.
Once Completed, Please Register BOTH Parent/Guardian and Student-Athlete On “Student Central.” This Is Also Where You Will Upload Sport Physicals.
