For ALL Interested Students Participating In Basketball (7-12), Please Register Through Your Student-Central/BigTeams Account.

This Includes Emergency Info, Physicals, Code Of Conduct, etc.

Student-Athletes Who Have Not Completed ALL Forms Will Not Eligible To Start Practicing.

All Recertification Forms And Exam Forms Can Be Uploaded.

If You Have Previously Provided A Hard Copy Of Your Physical, You MUST Still Fill Out All Sections (Section 6 Will Be Approved By The Department).
